My name is Nudrat. I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach.

I support women to rediscover and enjoy real food, balance their hormones, take back control of their health, and reconnect with themselves. My approach is practical, realistic and rooted in long-term change, not restriction.

 

After my own health challenges, including fibroids and longstanding digestive issues while working full time in finance, I retrained as a Nutritional Therapist because I saw first-hand how powerful nutrition and lifestyle changes can be. Now I help other women find their own breakthroughs.

Humbled to have been recognised as a Finalist in the Women in Business Recognition Awards 2025.
