Community
Programmes
Making healthy eating & lifestyle support more accessible, practical, and community‑focused.
WORK WITH ME
Amidst rising health issues and widening inequalities, simple realistic changes can make a genuine difference.

I’m passionate about supporting local communities to improve health and wellbeing through practical, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.
I work with charities, CICs, faith groups and community organisations to deliver engaging talks, workshops and programmes that make healthier eating and sustainable habits feel more accessible and achievable. I want to help people feel more informed, supported and confident in looking after their health.
WORK WITH ME
What my community programmes include
Health does not have to be complicated, confusing or costly. My community programmes are designed to make healthier eating and lifestyle support more accessible for everyone, with sessions that can cover healthy eating, metabolic health, women’s health, digestive health, and practical ways to build better habits in everyday life. Each programme can be tailored to the needs of your community, organisation or audience.
Talks &
Workshops
One‑off or short series sessions on topics such as healthy eating on a budget, women’s health and menopause, metabolic health, blood sugar balance, digestive health, stress and sleep.
Group
Programmes
Structured group programmes that blend nutrition education, behaviour‑change coaching and practical tools, helping people build confidence and keep momentum going.
Cooking & Food‑Skills Sessions
Practical, food‑focused sessions that combine simple recipes, budgeting tips and nutrition education, supporting families and older adults to cook nourishing, affordable meals.
Collaborative Wellbeing Projects
Co‑designed projects with partners, tailored to specific communities – for example, faith‑based groups, women’s groups or culturally diverse communities.

Together, we can co‑create sessions that fit your community’s culture, budget and practical realities.
Current community partnerships
I’m currently partnering with Mushkil Aasaan in Tooting to deliver a monthly, culturally relevant community drop‑in, creating a warm and welcoming space for local people to access practical support around:
-
Nutrition and everyday food choices
-
Women’s health and midlife changes
-
Metabolic health and blood sugar balance

Testimonial
Partner feedback:

“Nudrat’s workshops are culturally sensitive, practical and deeply attuned to the dietary habits and traditions within South Asian communities. She explains nutrition in a way that feels accessible and relevant, helping women manage conditions like diabetes, blood pressure and weight through realistic changes rather than restrictive advice.”

Examples of community programmes
Designed for specific organisations and communities
WOMENS HEALTH TALKS at a community centre
HEALTHY EATING ON A BUDGET for families or older adults
BLOOD SUGAR BALANCING in a faith based setting
Every community is different, so I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programmes. If you would like to discuss a talk, workshop or programme for your community, I'd love to hear from you. We can explore your ideas, your budget and what would support your group best and co-create the content for you.
