Join Maria and Nudrat, for your Mindfulness Yoga and Nutrition Workshop.

Menopause isn’t the end of anything - it’s a powerful transition into a new phase of life. But it can also feel confusing, isolating, or just exhausting. This workshop is here to help you navigate the journey with clarity, care, and community.

Workshop format

  • Nutrition: A 60-minute talk exploring hormonal changes, common symptoms, mindset shifts, and practical nutrition & lifestyle tools to support your transition

  • Yoga: A 60-minute restorative yoga and yoga nidra session to release, rest and re-centre 

  • Mindfulness Walk: a 60-minute mindfulness walk

  • Community: Time to share stories, connect over herbal tea and snacks, and leave feeling a little less alone in it all

  • This is a space for listening, learning, and reconnecting; open to anyone curious about menopause, wherever you are in the journey

Your Practitioners

​1. What should I bring to the workshop?

Please bring:
• A yoga mat (we'll have extras if needed)
• Comfortable clothing suitable for gentle yoga
• A water bottle
• A notebook and pen for taking notes
• Any personal props you prefer for yoga (e.g., blocks, straps - however these will be available if needed)

 

2. â€‹Do I need prior yoga experience?

No prior yoga experience is necessary. Our sequences are suitable for all levels, including beginners.

 

3. What facilities are available at the venue?

The venue offers:
• Changing rooms
• Restrooms

 

4. Is there food provided during the workshop?

Light refreshments will be available. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you register.

 

5. How physically demanding is the yoga portion?

The yoga practice will be gentle and focused on digestive health. It's suitable for most fitness levels, but please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.

​​​6.  Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

Pregnant women are welcome, but please consult your healthcare provider before attending. Inform the instructor of your pregnancy so they can suggest modifications.

 

7. What if I have a specific health condition or dietary restriction?

Please inform us of any health conditions or dietary restrictions when you register. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

8. Is there a minimum age requirement?

The workshop is designed for adults 18 and over.

 

9. Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Our refund policy allows for full refunds if cancelled at least 21 days before the event. No refunds are available within 21 days of the workshop.

 

10. Will there be one-on-one time with the instructor?

While the workshop is group-based, there will be opportunities for questions and some individual attention during the practice.

 

11. How many people will be in the workshop?

We limit the workshop to 20 participants to ensure a quality experience for everyone.

 

12. Is there follow-up support after the workshop?

Yes, all participants will receive a follow-up email with key takeaways and additional resources.
